Job Summary:

The IT Support intern provides assistance to IT Applications Support lead in performing various IT administrative and technical functions required to support application systems and users globally.

Will interact with IT staff and business users, participate in technical application projects (SSO), provide technical support duties and track service requests. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global system support.

Job Description:

- Monitor database and application system health

- Assist in documenting and coordinating SAP GRC SSO project plan

- Provide light system security support and problem resolution

- Troubleshoot minor application access issues

- Perform other duties as assigned

Skills Requirements:

- Basic understanding of database structure and MSSQL

- Basic understanding of project management concepts

- Basic application and database security concepts

- Basic understanding of ERP systems

- Self-driven and quick learner

- Must be open and excited to learn
