Customer Satisfaction Coordinator

A crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships

Tronox is the largest vertically integrated producer of titanium-containing ore and titanium dioxide (TiO2) pigment. We are an international company with approximately 7,000 employees, on 6 different continents and headquartered in the United States. Our location in the Botlek is the only factory in the Netherlands that produces pigment from ore.

 

What are you going to do?

 

 

 

The role of the Customer Satisfaction Coordinator is to enter, coordinate, administer and follow-up of customer complaints in our existing complaint system throughout our pigment and specialty business EMEA and to both administer and control the business process and ISO documentation relating to the Technical Service organization in Europe. This includes also the lead on the pigmentary slow moving stock (SMS) administration by providing frequent status reports on the stock levels and follow-up with the involved departments within Tronox.

The following core activities will be covered in the position:

  • Owns and administers the customer complaints system within Europe.
  • Sets system for and trains users in the effective use of the complaint system.
  • Organize and lead regular complaint review meetings with OTD and other appropriate functions.
  • Regularly participate in manufacturing site and commercial organization complaint reviews.
  • Utilize formal root cause analysis to assist in identifying and eliminating reoccurring complaints.
  • Maintain business process and ISO documentation for Supply Chain processes within Europe.  Coordinate with functional leaders as appropriate.
  • Coordinate and report all serious quality incidents pertaining to European issues.
  • Provide regular reporting on KPI’s relating to European complaints.
  • Contributing to the successful execution of periodical customer satisfaction surveys incl. follow-up actions
  • Evaluating and reporting on customer supplier evaluations
  • Leading and coordinate the disposal actions of Slow Moving Stock incl. frequent monitoring and reporting of the stock levels.

What are you bringing?

 

 

 

 

  • BA or BS Degree
  • A graduate in Business Quality
  • Experience in a commercial environment
  • Prior experience in administrative position
  • Business Process Mapping
  • Good knowledge of SAP Complaint System
  • Proficiency in the Company’s preferred software packages (MS Office; Lotus Notes; SAP)
  • Knowledge of Chemical Industry
  • ISO Procedural Documentation and Auditing
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Training and Applications experience
  • SAP Complaint System Experience
