Position Overview
Primary functions of this position is servicing, maintaining, and installing instrumentation and electrical equipment for the Oklahoma City Facility in an environmentally responsible manner, and in compliance with Safety, Health and Environmental Policies. Other responsibilities and projects may be assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor to include laboratory, pilot plant, and overall building maintenance support.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Calibrate, inspect, troubleshoot, upgrade, repair and replace electrical systems and equipment in accordance with facility Safety, Health and Environmental Policies.
- Maintain documentation to ensure compliance with Life Safety policies (LOTO, hot work, rework risk assessment, confined space, etc.)
- Review job orders to determine work priorities.
- Work from mechanical and electrical schematics, sketches, manuals, specifications and written oral instructions.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Perform routine maintenance as assigned by the Facility Maintenance Manager.
- Arrive on the job, ready to work every day according to the work plan but with the flexibility to take on unforeseen tasks.
- Occasional overtime work as required in order to reduce impact on operations.
- Operate fork lifts and overhead crane.

- Support cross-functional teams in maintenance-related problem solving processes and continuous improvement activities. Coordinate with R&D managers and other supervisors for the availability of equipment and machines for planned maintenance activities.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associates Degree in Instrumentation, Industrial Electricity or 5 years in related field.
- Beneficial to have broad knowledge of mechanical systems, chilled water systems, controls systems and energy plants.
- Have a valid driver’s license
