TRONOX PROFESSIONAL IN TRAINING FOR 2025

As part of development, we hereby invite candidates who are already in possession of a Degree  or Advance Diploma to apply for Professional in Training opportunities within the below specified fields.

                                                                                                                                               

THE FOLLOWING DISCIPLINES WILL BE CONSIDERED:

 

B Eng/BSc Degree/ B Tech or Advanced diploma in:

• Electrical Engineering 
• Mechanical Engineering
• Chemical Engineering 
• Analytical Chemistry
• Geology
• Mine Survey

 

WHAT PROFESSIONAL IN TRAINING OFFERS:
Offers 36 Months of workplace exposure allowing you to apply theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting helping with development of both technical and soft skills, such as communication and teamwork.

WHAT YOU NEED TO QUALIFY:

• Must have completed a Degree or B-Tech Degree
• Must be a South African Citizen.
• Must be between 18 - 35 years of age with no criminal record.
• Should have never embarked on an Professional in Training / Internships Training Opportunity before
• Must be currently unemployed.

NOTE:

• Applicants can only apply for one discipline.
• Applicants should comply with the minimum entry requirements.
• These opportunities are only available to South African citizens.
• Nominated applicants will need to go through a selection process (including psychometric assessments, background screening, and medical examinations).
• Successful candidates should be willing to be placed at any of Tronox Business Sites.
• Applicants from the local communities surrounding the Namakwa Sands sites (Saldanha and Matzikama Municipalities) will be given preference.

• Covering letter.
• Attach in one file (PDF or Word) a CV, certified copy of full academic record, certified copy of your qualification or completion confirmation letter from the institution, proof of residence, and a certified copy of your SA ID.
